Pipeline Construction, Fabrication & Repair

Hot Tap

Together with our partners, we utilize the latest technology like TM1200xl with power pack/hydraulic T101.

This service allows for maintenance of a pipeline whilst the pipeline is in service.

Corrosion Control

We have well trained personnel to carry corrosion control services on:

  • Protective coatings and Lining
  • Cathodic Protection (CP)
  • Composite Wrapping.

We have experienced IRATA Certified Painters and Blasters to safely access difficult locations. We also have NACE and IRATA Certified Painting Inspectors to guarantee the integrity of the painting jobs.

BOVIA 271 II - Refinery Grade Fireproofing Material

BOVIA 271 II – Refinery Grade Fireproofing Material  is a
Passive Fire Protection System providing various hours of fire protection,
that meets design specification of UL 1709 for refinery plants.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BOVIA 271 II is a high density, exterior grade, heavy duty, cementitious
fireproofing material ideal for refinery plants.

This passive fireproofing system can provide various hours of fire protection,
that meets design specification of UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.) standard 1709 for on-shore and off-shore refinery plants.
Developed through extensive research, BOVIA 271 II provides remarkable physical properties that
promote high quality and prolonged durability.

PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE
A limited number of products are able to endure the environmental conditions of oil & gas plants under
the “Hydrocarbon Curve” test.

BOVIA 271 II has been developed through fine-tuned
chemistry that provides extreme fireproofing and protection,
resistant to damage, user-friendly application,
and capacity to withstand various climate conditions.

BOVIA 271 II can be spray applied with wide a range
of conventional plaster pumping equipment along with paddle mixers
and most continuous mixers.

Pipeline Cleaning & Intelligent Pigging

We offer a complete range of services  for high resolution and quality defect  identification using Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) and Ultrasonic Technology.
